My name is Łukasz (Lukas) Ciura, and I am the founder of Lukasz Ciura Agency and JLC Benefits. Over the years we have specialized in helping individuals and small businesses – including group health insurance for small businesses.
We are a brokerage with a team of Polish-speaking licensed agents ready to help you and your family. We are licensed in Illinois, Florida and Texas. We know how confusing the U.S. insurance system can be, so we explain everything simply and stay available after you enroll.

Does your help cost anything?
No. Our help is free, and the plan price is the same as if you enrolled on your own.
When can I enroll?
Open Enrollment on HealthCare.gov generally runs from November 1 to January 15. Illinois dates may differ slightly – we are happy to check.
What if I miss Open Enrollment?
Life events such as losing job-based coverage, marriage, having a baby or moving may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period.
Do I qualify for subsidies?
It depends on factors like household income and size. We will check together during a free call.
